USPTO Director Kathi Vidal Announces Resignation Ahead of Administration Change
Vidal, a former partner with Winston & Strawn in Silicon Valley, announced in a LinkedIn post that she would depart in December. Deputy Director Derrick Brent will succeed her as head of the USPTO.
