Navigation Elon Musk's X Corp. Moves to Enforce Arbitration in Claims Brought by Fired Ex-Employees
Elon Musk’s X Corp., the social media site formerly known as Twitter, is seeking to compel seven former Twitter employees to pay their portion of arbitration fees in underlying gender-based discrimination and Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act disputes.
