Celebrating National Parks & Recreation Month in North Carolina
Did you know that July is National Parks and Recreation Month? In North Carolina, we are fortunate to have a wealth of wonderful state and local parks where we can relax, enjoy nature, and get some fresh air and sunshine. Attorney David Daggett, an avid triathlete and multiple-time Ironman, highly recommends Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Parks.
At Pilot Mountain State Park, there are plenty of fun activities for the entire family. With a 6.5-mile trail that leads to the mountain, camping, rock climbing and rappelling, and canoeing, there is definitely something to do for everyone.
