Abrams & Bayliss filed the first two petitions, with a Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel and Rolnick Kramer Sadighi team filing the remaining 10. The petitioners, according to court filings, hold more than 39.5 million shares altogether. Based on Silver Lake’s buyout of all outstanding shares for $27.50 in a deal signed a year ago, those shares amount to nearly $1.1 billion.
