Navigation Dropbox Case Is Stayed as Clearway Litigation Takes Over as Main Constitutional Challenge to Delaware Corporate Law
Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will has agreed to send questions related to the constitutionality of recent changes to Delaware’s corporate law to the state’s Supreme Court. She did so in a case in which attorneys from Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, Equity Litigation Group and Morris Kandinov are representing a plaintiff that claims the law is unconstitutional.
