Navigation Judge, an Ex-Police Officer, Admonished for Campaign Mailer Biased Toward Law Enforcement
Hyde Park Town Justice Michael H. Plass unethically promised to “incarcerate offenders and protect victims of domestic violence” and stated that “together we can make a change in the safety of our community,” the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct noted in its admonition.
