“On the record available, there is no indication that the plaintiffs’ efforts to depose Mr. Jepsen are harassing, embarrassing, abusive, or any more annoying than any other good-faith deposition,” U.S. District Judge Iain D. Johnston wrote, allowing a group of farmers to depose the executive.
