The decision is the latest development in Chancery litigation that’s been underway since November 2022, when Activision shareholder and Swedish pension fund Sjunde AP-fonden filed a lawsuit claiming the company’s merger with Microsoft violated Delaware laws on board negotiation and merger approval requirements.
