DuCharme, who returns to the Eastern District after serving as principal assistant deputy attorney general at Main Justice, is a former associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service and the former chief of the Brooklyn-based federal prosecutor’s criminal division.
